How to order
To place an order for a commission:
Fill in the form above with as much detail as possible, including the style/medium & a description of your vision
Send any and all reference photos through to my email or via DM on any of my socials, ZIP files will not be downloaded.
The Process
Once an order has been confirmed, you will be given a timeframe estimation. The work will begin after a 50% deposit is received.
You will have a chance for revision, and will be informed once the piece is complete. The work will be shipped upon receipt of the final 50% fee.
The expected time of completion will vary depending on the size, detail and medium.
Framing
A standard commission does not come framed. However a frame can be provided upon request, this is subject to an additional fee based on size and any shipping weight changes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the one of a kind and handmade nature of commissions, refunds are not applicable.
For Returns: This will be determined based on the piece, please contact me to discuss returns.
You will be offered a revision for any minor changes, but once the piece is begun the 50% deposit will be non refundable. Please be as detailed as possible in your initial request to be certain your vision can be achieved.
If you do not pay the other 50% after completion, the piece will not be shipped and the work will be listed on my store to recoup costs.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
Commissions will be shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Each piece is packed securely to prevent damage, if there are any issues please reach out.
International orders: Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs, and customs fees upon import.
